The staff was especially helpful and very responsive and we met the host. Had such things like a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator, rooms were big and cozy. There was bathtubs in the private bathroom. The neighborhood was busy.

We had a really really nice stay in Venice so close to water taxis, train station, bus station and sights as well as bus terminal from the airport. It was absolutely perfect and incredible right in front of public transport.

We had a great stay at the apartment. the location was excellent, close to the train station and within easy reach of restaurants and shops. the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It had all the necessary amenities and was well-organized. the heat worked perfectly and the shutters on the windows provided a blackout experience. With two bathrooms and secure locks, we felt safe and had plenty of space for our group of six. Cons: Nothing to mention.

I enjoyed staying in a penthouse apartment with a balcony, the kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and a cooktop for cooking meals.

the apartment was clean, cozy, and conveniently located near the train station. The host was accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived. The internet connection was excellent.

Wifi issues.

It is a short walk from the train station and there are water taxis right outside. the apartment is also close to restaurants and shops, making it ideal for exploring the area. the size of the house is excellent for families, with plenty of space and two bathrooms for convenience.

The check, in process could be improved, as guests have to go to a central office to pick up keys and complete the check, in procedure. This can be inconvenient, especially when having to carry luggage and bags across bridges.
